The Marathon Halloween Week...
In saying that it was a marathon week, I mean it in many ways. As a family, we have been totally wiped out. (all of us sick with the flu and then me with a cold and Dan knee-deep in school) We had planned a busy week of activities for the kids and despite feeling yucky, couldn't help but stick to our commitments. (Too many fun things to do) In addition, we are all feeling a little mixed up with the time change. Dan went to bed at 7:00 tonight and the kids probably could have as well. (I kept them up, so they won't wake up at a rediculous time in the morning) Noelle had a blast with Halloween and is glad to check it off her list of holidays to get through before her birthday and Christmas. (Though we look forward to the November visits from Nana and Papa and all of the Shirleys/Hills/Hernandezes) Hope you all had a Happy Halloween- Thanksgiving here we come. (CRAZY-huh?)
This picture was taken at the Halloween party hosted by our Court. This is the costume that she has been wearing non-stop for the last few weeks. There is nothing like dressing up as a princess. She is our little Sleeping Beauty. (Thank you Grandma and Grandpa Shirley- the costume was a hit!)
I found the Jack Sparrow wig- it was driving him crazy in his face, so he pulled it back. Hilarious! You can't tell from the pictures how authentic he looked! One of our neighbors said that he had walked by her and she thought, "I wonder if that is that man's real hair- who is he?" When she saw Dan walk up to me, she laughed- didn't realize it was Dan!
I took Noelle Trick or Treating with some of our neighbors. (Jessica, Jonah, Parker and Kelsi) The Dan's Market and surrounding shops by us were hosting a huge candy-handout! It was nice to get out in the daylight and see some really cute costumes- the turnout was huge. It could have been our only trick-or-treat- Noelle got alot of candy!

You all looked so cute!!! Especially my little princess, Noelle and my little pumpkin-boy, Corom! We missed seeing the kids in their costumes this year. Oh well, we'll be seeing you soon! You're doing good things there in Utah. Miss you. Love.
