Busy, busy summer!

Oh, what a busy month it has been. I'll caption the pictures to give you a glimpse! Today we just saw my sister's family off after a QUICK weekend together. They drove the 800 or so miles to visit for just 2 days. It was so fun having the kids together. We went out to dinner, to Temple Square, up to Brighton for a short hike/walk, played, did a BBQ at the Shirley's and fireworks for Pioneer Day, went to church and relaxed on Sunday. They left this morning. I am so homesick for the days when there was only a fence between us. The cousins miss each other too. Today we are home, as Corom has come down with the flu. A quiet day to catch up and rest the kids. Hope all is well! Enjoy the pics!

Do we really have 6 kids? Aren't they sweet? Just outside of the Salt Lake Temple

My sister Nikki and me with our kids in front of the Conference Center

A cute one of Elijah playing in our courtyard

My friend Brooke drove into town last week from Sacramento. I kept thinking of the nursery rhyme, "Make new friends and keep the old, one is silver and the other GOLD!" Amazing how time can pass and you just pick right up where you last left off. Again, another reason why I miss Sacramento- all the friends who have known me forever- such a good time. I met Brooke at Girls's Camp the summer going into High School! Her kids are ADORABLE! (Again, how did we get here? I swear we were just 15 and going to church dances!)

Corom's favorite place: the SANDBOX!

Our baby in motion! He is one happy boy since he learned how to do this!

We did a quick cabin trip to Scofield with a few families in our ward. Oh, I love student housing and all our adventures!

She's a crazy one I tell yah!

The kids loved swimming in the lake!

Nothing better than a graham cracker!

This was taken at a Family Home Evening up Millcreek Canyon. We were all pregnant last summer and now look at our cute babies! Ashley and Allison are neighbors and both have 3 children. They match up pretty well to our's. Elijah was really curious about Maggie!
